1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SpaceSheep platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

SpaceSheep provides a cloud-based platform that enables users to create, manage, and deploy AI-powered chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram. Features include a visual flow builder, AI chat builder, AI knowledge builder, chatbot management tools, and analytics dashboards.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use SpaceSheep. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the start of a new billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content through chatbots.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SpaceSheep systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the SpaceSheep platform are the property of SpaceSheep or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (e.g., chatbot flows and knowledge bases). By using the Service, you grant SpaceSheep a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceSheep and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
